Pollo a la Brasa
Pollo a la Brasa is whole chicken cooked over charcoal in a rotisserie oven, after being marinated in a delicious combination of spices and Peruvian flavors more French fries and salad.
Traditional Peruvian dish of marinated beef tenderloin cuts cooked stir fried with red onions, yellow Peruvian chilies (Aji amarillo) and tomatoes in soy sauce and wine vinegar served with a side of white rice and French Fries.
ARROZ CON POLLO
Fried rice with Aji Amarillo sauce and cilantro. Mixed with Green Peas and Red Peppers and topped with Chicken.
